Company does not fire employees even if they are not performing well

Dislikes

company does not take any action against the employees even if they do not perform well or make many mistakes. The management does not listen to the reporting manager and they always feel that the manager is not working and satisfied even though they spend more than 12 hours in a day

Enjoying to work on this company but it's been 2 year I am working here and my salary is still the same as before. Nothing is increasing and there are no promotions in this company

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor. Off-role workers are not setisfied with there salaries . And working hour is 9 to 5 . But daily we are working till 7 pm . And still there are no extra pay for hours

Zero value to employee No bonus No incentive No leave encashment No perks, trips and gifts Management not issuing emp shares after IPO this is brutality of employees hardwork and sacrifice since years. Zero morals values Unethical management Management is filling thier pockets no benefits to employees, Most important point HR don't consider employee for annual appraisal who joins after 30th June, every year they plan their recruitment after 30th June they will give false statement that employee will get increment for both years along with arrear this is not true be careful don't trust this statement this is my personal experience...Read More

Currently working on the latest technologies, so that is a plus.

The current Data Engineering and analytics teams are new and not very well structured, its more like a startup and most of the work is done through non-conventional means or un-standardized ways.

I have learnt so many new things in kfintech, I like all of my teammates, we are living just like family and also help me in every situation during my training period.

There is no cab facility in kfintech and also very less hike.

There salary is very low compared to market standards. We can't get a promotion unless we complete 3 years in this company. There are very less perks.

As they are good into corporate world lot need to be Streamlined. Which gives super usage of once hands on experience to showcase.

Dislikes

Lot of biased decisions, no value for the people supporting in real critical time. No upgradation of employee knowledge by providing courses at required time
