Unfortunately my overall experience in Karvy doesn't permit me to talk much about this.

First of all, there is no work life balance. The management decision is purely centralized and restricted to the top most level only. Even the Senior Management has limited authority while taking petty decisions like hiring the freshers etc. The organization is full of some tenured employees who will always resist if any new changesare proposed. IT service is as terrible as anyone can experience. Lesser i say about Learning and development here is better as there is actually nothing to say about this. Words like "Employee motivation / employee engagement" can't be found in the dictionary of Karvy. Growth is not at all based on merit / performance. Organization is Good ,but the managers in Axismf especially suddavanda Raghu and Suresh Narva are in efficient candidate.they required a script writer for email writing and Complaint resolution. They simply copy paste the as per the script writing

For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems.
