Company culture is too bad and in my 12 years experience this is the company where I have not seen any hierarchy and people are coming in slippers no rules and nothing company environment is not hygenic and not satisfied.

The management doens't care what the employees at ground level are feelings about the organization.For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use that excel maintained data is never use to sobe problems. The worst management I have ever seen. The employees at ground level works for 10 hr daily still gets salary for just RS 14600 in-hand.
