its like Old age home and outdated systems, people are 20+ years exp in same company but dont know basic things on management.. they treat employees like daily labour and worst than that.. many managers reached to mangmgnt level internally within the org and they dont have outside experiance.. Salaries are not even minimum standard.. Performance appriasal is purely subjective as no metric system in place.. Managers themself dont know team mates concerns . they never bother.. They always try to fool the client by sharing incorrect information to their Clients. therfore please avoid this esle it will ruine your career. one more thing is if you face any system issue , you have carry your Desktop- CPU physically to IT team which is at different floor altogether......Read More

there is nothing to like, while working for this shit company you have to struggle for everything, space in cafeteria, proper IT support, small workstations, and day to day interaction with rats.

everything, HR policies is pathetic. It is like the baniya ki dukaan. it is advisable to keep your self respect at home while you are going to office.
