The management doens't care what the employees at ground level are feelings about the organization.For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use that excel maintained data is never use to sobe problems. The worst management I have ever seen. The employees at ground level works for 10 hr daily still gets salary for just RS 14600 in-hand. Organization is Good ,but the managers in Axismf especially suddavanda Raghu and Suresh Narva are in efficient candidate.they required a script writer for email writing and Complaint resolution. They simply copy paste the as per the script writing
