The current Data Engineering and analytics teams are new and not very well structured, its more like a startup and most of the work is done through non-conventional means or un-standardized ways.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
