For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems. Company culture is too bad and in my 12 years experience this is the company where I have not seen any hierarchy and people are coming in slippers no rules and nothing company environment is not hygenic and not satisfied.
