Senior management is just terrible, not supportive. No appraisals for good work. Poor quality Delivery due to legacy systems and client is never happy due to this. Team has to stretch late nights to resolve client issues. Adhoc work policy, they expect team to be available 24/7 full week with no work life balance.

For any issue in processing they ask to maintain data in Excel sheet which is of no use the Excel maintained data is naver use to solve problems.
