My reporting manager was Mr. Nilesh Ojha. I must say he was really a great person. He was always there for me to look after the matters. Salary time although late, bus was given on fixed date. There was no office politics inside the company.

Salary giving date is on the middle of the month. The HR ( Mr. Sarad) in my openion was a mixture of arrogant and illiteracy. In my 10+2 (HS) certificate there was written it includes some vocational papers also. But, he was not able to understand that and at the same time he was not willing to talk to clarify that. At last I had tohighlight the place where it is clearly mentioned that it is Higher Secondary certificate. Than he accepted. At least for courtesy a person must talk.
