You get to learn a lot.working closely with the Vendors.Freedom for your skills.for me I grown the experience wise but no appraisal or increament according to my Role of working for more than a year.work-life is good over here.no politics.work environment is also good.very innovative office.the only negative point is salary wise you grow very slow and lack of premium software's.

Dislikes

Culture & No access to Softwares like Corel Draw & Photoshop which is the top most need of a Designer.
