Worst department of this company is the HR deptt. It sits in the laps of managers, no HR compliance policy at all. Managers in Jharkhand make people resign via snatching employees phones and sending resignation mails. They commonly use phrases like - paper dal do on even smallest issue. Meanwhile HR is already aware and they enjoy these scenarios as well.

I’m working in Ranchi headquarter and ASM is very rude behaviour and language is unprofessional. He has always done casteism and politics in his team and pressureise to employees to give resign.
