The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Company's job security is good but all employe's staying that trainee period lot of very year. Career growth is very slow but at a time get a successfully career. I speak that depending the working knowledge,my working place is machine operator in packing section at keventer agro ltd.Basically here are work in "3" shifting time,that is well.That for production target is successfully completed and supply day to day.

Nothing to like here...i have to forced to resign within 2 months. Asm Is not good and Tsm also. All powers on Asm becoz he is fooling this organization from last 20 years....Every year they recruit new candidates and fired them, when there seasons end.

Worst department of this company is the HR deptt. It sits in the laps of managers, no HR compliance policy at all. Managers in Jharkhand make people resign via snatching employees phones and sending resignation mails. They commonly use phrases like - paper dal do on even smallest issue. Meanwhile HR is already aware and they enjoy these scenarios as well.
