The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Company's job security is good but all employe's staying that trainee period lot of very year. Career growth is very slow but at a time get a successfully career. Company payment salary very low and not match to salary of educational qualification and with the working experience.Industry's working learning is very good , here is use that modern and new updating high technologist machine so production rate is very good.Others plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in this industry.I also like the company....Read More

I speak that depending the working knowledge,my working place is machine operator in packing section at keventer agro ltd.Basically here are work in "3" shifting time,that is well.That for production target is successfully completed and supply day to day.

Nothing to like here...i have to forced to resign within 2 months. Asm Is not good and Tsm also. All powers on Asm becoz he is fooling this organization from last 20 years....Every year they recruit new candidates and fired them, when there seasons end.
