There is absolute no job security here , people get fired anytime . They treat their employees like school going kids , eg you have to keep your mobile in the locker , you have to maintain a dairy , your shoes needs to be black , hair should be tied in a certain way and other non sense , even if you work at the back office and they monitor this everyday and you have to pay 500 rs for breaking a slight rule . Employees are under paid , and the salaries are deducted because of unknown reason . Increments are very pathetic , you get peanuts in the name of increment . HRs are simply useless and unqualified . MD of the company behaves like a dictator and loses control and becomes voilent for no good reason . This place is a chaos , join only if you have no other source to earn bread and butter ....Read More
