The people over here are good in nature also they are very supportive. Also the company has a good brand name.

The Managing Director needs to meet a psycologist also the company working culture needs to be improved. The management has very unrealistic ideas and will not listen to your opinions. There is no personal as well as salary growth. I would recommend you not to join this company, but still if you want to join a toxic work environment and spoil your mental health and career, you may proceed.
