The moment you do something that they don't like(even if it is for the benifit of the organisation) they will treat you in such a way that you will be forced to resign. And once you resign, they don't accept that you did and spreads the rumor that you have been fired(actually they say that to everyone that you were fired).

As it is one of the reputed school in jamshedpur. I have taught excellent and technically method which students learn some creative way.

The work pressure is high. I have to work more than 6 hours as comparison to other teachers. All the teacher and the principal dislikes me.
