For a carrier growth like learning skills have a good scope, but as don't expect more salary because its small organization and not a metro city its ok for to lead a bachelor life...

Teammates are good, fantastic training, but less job security, can start as initial carrier, salary is less, for learning scope is good.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
