There is nothing in Kent RO Systems which one can like. No job security, their policies change when the Lala (MD of company) have any dream to change it. Those who are able to ditch and manipulate their team mates they can survive otherwise you are forced to give resignation. Pathetic customer service, no support to buisness partners. Pathetic work culture. They hire new ones to replace the old ones because they want just sale nothing else matter to them even one can die. During second wave of corona 4..5 kent employees died but they said u have to sell or resign.

I was survive because of my Reporting Manager as he is very supportive. But suddenly a dismantle person join as General Manager for North India. He changed all the policies and start sacking his team members just to defend his salary.

The work cycle is very good. You have time for yourself. Policies of the organization is also good, higher authorities also take care of their employee in difficult times.

Dislikes

As such there is nothing from point of view because i worked for 18 months in the organization and never felt that there is something or politics is involved in your assigned task.
