Small team where interaction with top management is easy and not a task Freedom to take initiatives and implement with supervision.

Org is not ready or prepared to take big leaps. Doesn't believe in market trends, only focused on their priorities which hinders multiple level reach of the brand. Sales guys required to practice attendance model while visiting markets, an inbuilt application which has to be used while visiting dealers to marl attendance.
