Personally the General Manager was very humble to the employees but rest department managers are ill mannered. No professionalism when in work place. In my department women used to get too much facilities, advantages.

Dislikes

Disliked how female employees never got any afternoon shift and night shift. At times the person who was doing afternoon had to extend till next morning. I have worked for like a Year but did hardly 2 weeks morning shift. I was really dedicated to my job. Never even took offs on my Birthdays or any occasions. Nothing seems to encoura ge its employees. JOB IS NOT SAFE IF ONE PUTS IN HIS HARD WORK FROM THE BOTTOM OF YOUR HEART STILL HIGHER MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE OR LOOK INTO Y THE JUST PERSON HAS TO LEAVE.

I WORKED TWICE ONCE IN THE START THAT IS IN YEAR 2000 IT WAS A GREAT. BUT THE SECOND TIME I WORKED IT WAS FILLED WITH POLITIC AND NO JOB SAFTY.
