Overall great. Working with KVS as contractual was a wonderful experience. You learn a lot from KVS. Even though contract salaries are very low but experience is valuable. Better than working in any private school with below minimum wages

Job security. They remove immediately when they get permanent staff. But it's good for fresher because it will good on CV and KV will get out of you though you can leave KV. You will get motivation to try hard and clear KVS recruitment exam and get permanent job in KV only.

It's been a wonderful experience for me being as a primary teacher, though i worked as an assistant professor in the past still i learned lot of things regarding wok handling and communication skills. I have a Good team.

The only disadantage of working in kvs on contractual basis is you will be removed/discharged as soon as permanent faculty joins the vacant post. It may be within a month or a year ,so their is no permanency or can say job security on contractual based vacancies ,for job security one has to wa it for the permanent vacancies which comes after every 3 to 4 years and nothing is better then being permanent faculty in kvs</mark>.
