Dislikes

Transfer policy for Principals is not transparent.

It was amazing except that the frequent transfers affect education of children and life of other dependents.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
