* Professionalism among staff (teaching & non- teaching at vidyalaya level). * Good salaries at par with Govt. Of India matrixes. * Pay protection; * Discipline among Students from IX - XIIClasses

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.

Likes

I like to work in challenging atmosphere where different children came from different states and region. It's a great example of work in adversity. I love the atmospheric changes of the KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA provides to the staff and teachers.
