We learn lot of things with our teammates. We are paid good. Workshops are held so that teachers can implement those techniques while teaching. We get lot of support from the management as well as from the principal.

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.
