I am counselor so I have to look after special cases, counseling of week students and misbehaving controlling of students, group counselling, motivational speech, guidance and counselling for intermediate also.

No proper promotion with skills possessed.by the teacher. Only through one all - india test and personal interview all direct recruitment processes. No proper HRM modules are followed. Higher officials (from school Principal to Hqrs.) are over-burdened.
