No From April to till Aug,2020 no salary given to contractual computer instructor

they are taken full work from computer instructor from 8 AM to 5 PM But renew the service with appear the fresh interview if Chairman's and other official candidate there then experience candidate fail the interview. That is the work culture of the KVS

Work culture is good. Rest of the things are very poor. Eg. No job security, no work no pay (where school has near about 2 months holiday - you won't get paid), contract applicable for 11 months instead of 12.

Dislikes

Job security and payment policies. No other benefits given to contractual teachers. Moreover they cut TDS from your salary, without any pay-slip.

The work culture , and school policies are very good.Although this job is on contractual basis so in every academic session I have to apply separately for the next session.. the over all experience in teaching the students is very good.. Gained a lot of respect from the students and regards from the co teachers. I am very much satisfied from the work I performed in Kendriya Vidyalaya.
