Kemwell does have good HR policies which are employee friendly. But work satisfaction is very low as they expect to do some random work which actually does not have any relation with your skills.

Canteen is pathetic, salary is also very low. Moreover the people working are very low IQ people.

Production Department is full of politics, Some guys are staying in the same company for more than 5-6 years because of which they have created one group and torturing junior,if you don’t believe just check the record in last 5 years how many junior employees has resigned and how many seniors resigned

The company is very good and there are lot many things to learn and the team is v impressive and supportive.

Sometimes the works is too much and they don't provide the proper man power.
