It is very friendly working place. We all enjoy to our work here. Our seniors are always guide us and always coordinate with us. We all work here freely but discipline way. I am very lucky person to get chance to work with Kemia Family.

Dislikes

Required upgrade of HR policy and added employee beneficiary points i.e Health insurance policy from company end separately. Medical, Bonus and LTA separate from monthly gross pay which is already included.
