Always Say "Yes" to the senior management, whether that is correct or wrong. So, you can survive in this company.

1) Any time they will fire you from the company, without any notice period. 2) Salary not in time, sometimes it will delay more than 10 days. 3) If you want to survive in this company, always says yes to your senior management, whether that is correct or not. 4) No work life balance, we have to work even Saturday and Sunday also. 5) We have to work more than 12 hour on regular basis, and some manager expect, we will work 24 hours....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
