The team who actually does the work is praiseworthy and very good. They understand their work, have dedication of completing the work on time and aspire to grow as fast as possible.

Dislikes

The higher management is terrible. They don't have an iota of sense how to run a gaming company. From enforcing strict corporate business like dress code to barring anyone from using earphones on job to not approving paid due leaves on celebratory days to not giving salary on time to not paying full and final settlement on time, these people have done it all. Their business practice is one of the worst where the only goal is to milk and exploit their customer, not producing even satisfactory work in return. They always jump at any work thrown at them without doing any kind of risk analysis or their employee capability analysis. Its very easy for any passionate employee of the company to feel frustrated and unsatisfied. There's plenty of useless office politics and the attitude of the management is clearly to indulge in the politics for their employees....Read More

Extremely pressurizing. Sometimes there's more work than available employees. There's also almost always an unrealistic deadline to meet.
