The new update is that one of the main people, or one of the main pillars who helped build this company from ground zero until the sky, is no longer working with this company. Courtesy and congratulations to the company management and some political individuals within the company. When you disrespect hardworking individuals, they will never stay with the company. Before, one pillar had already left, but now another pillar has left the company. The people who helped to start the company in India are no longer working. This company will collapse soon. As of now, there are only fake employees who just show their fake faces to management and make them enjoy themselves. But what about the quality? Its ZERO. Cameron, wake up before its too late. The website the onboarding team is building is of no use; all of it is of zero quality. The people working here have zero knowledge about the websites. Wakeup before all your clients run away. There are a lot of dislikes, including not knowing where to start or with whom to start. Just keep in mind that if you want your career to be in the sky, then don't ever join this company, never, ever, not even by mistake, and not even to gain experience. This is not the right company for fresh rookies or even experienced pros. This is just a company with no working process, no values, and no culture. This company is here to just make money out of the clients and even does not provide the quality of work to the clients. Lots of clients leave them because of their bad quality work, and they are now becoming the worst company in the digital marketing category. The future is uncertain for this company, and there will be a time when all the clients will leave, as there are top companies in the United States that provide better quality work. These people will not change, as they just hire fresh people who don't even know what to do. The team leaders are not good. For example, Po*n*m thinks she is the company's owner. And she is ruining half of the company, and none of the team members like her. All credit goes to her for the so-called gem awardee, which was given to her for ruining the company culture, process, and quality. This company ends sooner. And regarding the management, they are not cooperative or helping people; they are just selfish people. There is nothing new to learn. People here are just robots who copy and paste work and have no creativity in them. And the worst part was back a year ago, when they started to plan to buy the tracking software, These people have no money when asked for a hike, bonus, or salary, but to do all the nonsense work like purchasing tracking software, they have lots of money. They just wanted to micromanage what the people were doing and wanted to enter into the personal laptops of the employees. If you don't install the app, then Santosh has told employees with no hard feelings—this man has no heart—that you leave the company and go away. The app takes screenshots of your screen every now and then, and if you don't sit continuously for minutes, it will show no productive time. You need to sit like a robot in front of the laptop, Santosh, and the company does not care if your eyes strain or your spinal cord breaks. They just want to see you and micromanage you. They don't believe in you. He just believes P**n*m has given her all the money for five-star hotels, and has given her a brand new laptop. And what about other employees? If you question Santosh about this, he will fire you. Such a bad situation exists in this company. And mental harassment is the bonus you get from this company. Only one thing I like here, and that too is just 40 percent of it, i.e., working from home, because the rest, 60 percent, the company is eating our lives by micromanaging us, and we are unable to enjoy even working from home. And I don't remember any other things to say good about this company.
Not a good company to work with. Full of micromanagement, there is no trust in the employees, and there are also no new things to learn from here. There is no proper process to execute the projects, and there is also nothing to learn anything new. They are just working on one technology, and the same things apply to all new projectsas well. The brain has become dead as there is a lot of copy-and-paste work and nothing new to work on. There is a lack of leadership among the leaders you see here. They all dislike each other and have a lot of ego in themselves for others. They just give a forced smile, but from inside, they have bad intentions. There is a lot of politics going on here, and because of politics, the company is lacking in development. All the people working here have kids brains. No one, including the CEO, is mature enough to run the company. They all need to grow up, but I don't think they will. Lots of biased and unfair treatment is given to the employees. One person will get 5-star treatment in 5-star hotels from the management, and some people will need to buy tickets with their own money. So much differentiation is made here. One lady is there here who enjoys free meals, free money, and everything she needs; this is like her government job. She does not know anything about the domain, but she is a lead here, and the CEO is always on her side and gives her all the things she wants. Blind trust. The company needs to improve a lot, which means a lot in terms of work, in terms of people, in terms of policies, in terms of process, and so on. Having 100 people does not improve the company. Having a few talented people will be a better way to grow the company. Salary is less compared to the market. Bonuses and hikes are not even mid-sky level. Much of the disappointment is here. Advice to management: Hire some good, knowledgeable people who can tell you what is good and bad. So the new update is that clients are suing the company for successfully wasting their money in the name of providing services. A lot of clients are leaving the company as this company does not provide any value to the clients. The service is zero. Charging thousands of dollars for services and providing zero return on investment toclients. The only job this company does is party out of client money in 5-star hotels and Poonam is the leading lady to get all the money to party with free accommodation, food and lot of things. And she does not even know how to lead the team. By her blessing the clients are running away, the clients' reputation is hurt and also she is hurting the company's reputation. But our management does not know whether they are running the business with closed eyes or how they still believe this lady. She can't even handle the work, team and projects. She only knows to shout at the employees for writing the reviews against her, she only knows to do politics and all people should talk good about her for doing nothing good in fact. The new CEO seems to be dumb he also cannot analyse the situation and he invested the money in the sinking ship. The management is very, very selfish. Don't believe Santosh and Cameron. These people are really selfish, and they just think about themselves. They are making a lot of money. Employees are making less money. Santosh gives false promises to everyone; he acts like he is your true caretaker, but the reality is that he is your backstabber. Never trust him. He will just use the employees who are good; when they are not useful to him, he will throw them out and hire new ones. He uses the employees. No one can trust him. And this already happened a few years ago, in front of us. So be really careful. Advice to the employees: Just use Growth99 for your career, and don't let Growth99 use you. be careful. Don't stick with them for more than a year because you will learn nothing here and end up relying on them for jobs. Work for one year with them, and in the meantime, improve your skills and give interviews at other companies for a better job and security. And if you're getting a new job, then make sure you choose the new job instead of sticking here. There are a lot of good companies that are willing to pay more for your skills. And don't believe the people who have been stuck here for 3 or 4 years.
