KEC as part of RPG group is one of the leading player in Power T&D - EPC. The work environment is good with focus on learning and innovation. The career growth, job security and appraisals are well looked after and top management is open for discussion on the same. Overall the work environment is good in KEC.

Dislikes

Overall though the company is good, I still feel we are not yet there as far as the next generation MNC should be. We need more diversity not necessarily of gender or nationality but of thought. We need to get people with different mind set different ideas. Also the career plans should be discussed on regular basis with the employees and concrete steps should be taken to achieve them.
