When my department mgr. had taken my interview before joining here at Pll,LSTK-B of IOCL paradeep site I was impressed with his significant ways of that operation; He was Honourable Mr. V.S.Chowhaan.I'll seek for that unique person in my rest of life ahead.Which not any other man can fullfill.

THE RESTLESS LIFE OF THE WORKMEN may bring packets of sweets or 6 / 7 digits of amount in the accounts,But the duty policies for the STAFF was same hours as workers but fixed payments (No other hiking procedures of financial support for them.) It was my experience within my service-tenure there by.Which was an unspeachable surgical way of torture to the staff.It may hurt whom I don't know but, I'll say that even on 26th Jan. ,15th Aug. ,& also on 1st May the project was being carried by... Vital thing on those day's the workmen got full day against 1/2 days performance,but the staff got nothing & faillure of attending the duty alloted persons loose salaries against those days....Read More
