Less Engineering know how about water sector & less understanding of higher management the importance of own CAPEX & deliverables of Green field works. Tendering to be improved, so that we don't end up with unrealistic figures. Then at execution stage manipulate & unnecessary pressurize site team.

KEC is the fastest working company for any project.That is big thing of this company because this company has sufficient Employees & manegement for any project. The salary system of this company is upto date and employment is happy for this thing and working hard for the company.

1.)The projects rest house conditions is so poor.The standard of rest house of this company in any project going down and the employees is not happy with this thing. 2.) Project Engineers not get Bills/voucher ammount timely and not confirmed that ammount will get or not .🙂

Company management is excellent. KEC business is diversified and works in Transmission line, Sub-station, Railway electrification, smart infra, waste water management, mega solar project installation , civil engineering works (big building like Hospital, building for big companies, Metro rail projects etc. Employee got huge opportunity to learn in every sectors. I was working in Transmission line construction work and spent here 13 years . During these tenure I construct 6 EHV transmission line. (1) appraisal process is not clear, hard worker staff are not always favourable here. Getting promotion is like to win India-kargil war. (2) now nepotism culture is continuously growing here. Top senior executive (VP and above) nephews and their colleagues and family members got continuously promoted every year with very high salaryincrement like 30-50 % every year. While general deserving employees did not get their right value even if they give his full effort to do his assignments. (3) company did not take respond to old permanent employees as compared to new joiners. Like every year company recruit GET (Graduate engineer trainee) with campus from NIT or prestigious engineering college with very high salary package, as compared to company existing employees. but transmission line construction work is fully field duty and hard duties. So only 10-20 % new GET could sustain here rest of all escape from here to obtain better opportunity or to grab white collar jobs. HR policies are the worst. If you resign complete the notice period and ask for full and final they will say you have not attended the office and are absconding and will not pay you the dues.

Toxic work environment HR not cooperative at all with business. Infact, I have not seen HR helping fellow HR either. No flexibility They don't live by their company values. KEC Culture pillars are just a fuss. One needs to suck up hard to get his way through Hardwork is not appreciated for people who do not suck up

In Same grade payscale having huge difference. Management is very weak about recruiting and organisational chart is very poor, keeping only managers are not going to help in the site progress, Supervisor and foremans are also required at Construction site. Setting always impossible target by the planning team, donot have any field experience, but having more power and package. Need to throw them out first if the company want project profit. Getting Humiliation by the team as well as from client for that impossible targets (doing back calculation only) setted by planning manager. No support from Higher management or coordinator after addressing the issues. Only buttering and false commitments is happening at this particular site. Otherwise all things are good in this company. For company I have only good views only. But for some peoples only company is losing its fame....Read More

Admin & HR department is the worst. They will never respond to your queries and they won't attend your call. They don't even know the company policies. No background verification and I don't know on what basis They select the candidates. Overall a very bad experience. All the policies are just on paper. In reality you won't get anything
