At present KEC needs only work dnt focus on employees satisfaction.

Office Management decides self that staff releasing or transferring from site without any knowledge or discussion of site working team..Even they didn't know the whoose persons on site is best for site work..

My job role in PPC department where I worked in BNA (Bolt & Nuts) section.Where I have to deal with suppliers,logistics & arrange inspection,biiling of supplier as well as customers.
