Working at this Bank is an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing experience. From the very beginning, it was clear that korean management had no regard for Indian employee well-being. Communication from leadership is poor expectations were unclear, and there was noticeable lack of support for growth or professional development. The work environment is toxic. Employees were often overworked and undervalued, with unrealistic deadlines and no recognition for going above and beyond. Even the employee is not responsible he or she have to apologies for the work. Compensation and benefits were subpar compared to industry standards, and there is little to no effort made to improve them despite employee feedback. Morale is consistently low, and turnover is alarmingly high, which speaks volumes about the company's culture. Terrible work experience. Unethical & unfair practices by HR and Management. They can ask to resign any time on any random reason. Treat Indian staff very poorly. They have no respect for Indians.Different rules for Korean and Indian staff. No job security, always at the mercy of management.Only one way communication. One of the worst company to work. They will suddenly ask you to work on half of your salary or else face termination. They fired almost half of the staff in this Pandemic....Read More
