There is no work life balance , the HR management is really bad , i have seen atleast 10 people leaving the company in one month , if they don’t like you for some reason , they will not see how you are performing or not , they will keep irritating you and will ask for the resignation, they are open to hear the suggestion but only dowat they want to do , they don’t work systematically like the other brands work and the policies are really bad .
