1. Extensive Working Hours- The work begins at 7:30am and often extends until 9:30-10:00pm, leading to long and strenuous working hours. 2. Poor Working Culture- Employees are required to seek permission for personal week off, and bot working in Sunday or during National Holidays & festivals is frowned upon, creating a restrictive work environment. 3. Disrespectful Management- Management disrespects the employees, often using offensive language, particularly in local dialects like Marathi, to belittle and insult the staff. 4. Lack of Job role clarity- Employees are frequently tasked with duties that span multiple departments without clearly defined job roles. This leads to overburdening and lack of recognition, with no scope of salary increments or appraisals. 5. Office Politics- The company culture is rife with office politics, with Senior Management including HR Manager and Operations Head engaging in tactics to undermine employee’s morale and foster a tense work environment. 6. I was called for an interview to some place in pune, which was out of city and the team who was coordinating failed to give any information on what is planned and what are we supposed to do… worst part is they promised the expected salary and gave 2LPA less than my current CTC. When i refused to take the offer they were least bothered to send us back as we were picked up by the company transport and there was no other transportation available as it being in the outskirts of the area. They also promised to book up and down tickets but they dint bother to book return ticket as we refused to take the job. The MD is so rude and no process set in the company. If u are looking for a growth then this is not the place.. they also refill the use and throw water bottle and place them for candidates i dont know how many times have they been filled. They called in saying its a WFH profile and ended hp telling we have to travel 2 time each month for a 2 day meeting which does not include 2 days on journey. The company has no ethics....Read More
