If you want a permanent job with salary without doing any work then this is heaven for you. If you are a local resident of Bihar then this is added advantage. No need to do any work just transfer it to others with full confidence.

Dislikes

Third class management. No responsibility and accountability of higher management. No guidance and support to junior staff. Unclear policies. Every thing will be transferred to juniors and they will be held responsible for it.

No responsibility of top management towards employees. Work life balance is terrible no leaves . company is going to be of seven year old but still no policy regarding payment and promotions. Top management doesn't address the problems of employees. No township facility poor mess and canteen services. Yearly increment and payments par below the current market rate.

When I joined this company , the organization structure was Er /AM/Mgr/CM/VP/Sr VP and policy was not implemented in full phase , and no promotion was provided in last 5yrs . Recently company has introduced new and modified policy , as per new policy structure new post were added like Er/Sr Er/AM/DM/Mgr/Sr Mgr/ACM/CM/AVP/VP/Sr VP .As we see too many post were added . Due to this many problems like job role is also changed in new structure as employee have to serve extra time to new post , in previous Er was on pannel AM was Shift incharge Mgr was in middle management CM was dpt head . In new policy er, sr, am,dm are on pannel . Mgr,sr mgr, acm are in shift incharge role . So all employee are totally unsatisfied , very terrible exp there advised not to joine here ....Read More
