I was called for an interview to some place in pune, which was out of city and the team who was coordinating failed to give any information on what is planned and what are we supposed to do… worst part is they promised the expected salary and gave 2LPA less than my current CTC. When i refused to take the offer they were least bothered to send us back as we were picked up by the company transport and there was no other transportation available as it being in the outskirts of the area. They also promised to book up and down tickets but they dint bother to book return ticket as we refused to take the job. The MD is so rude and no process set in the company. If u are looking for a growth then this is not the place.. they also refill the use and throw water bottle and place them for candidates i dont know how many times have they been filled. They called in saying its a WFH profile and ended hp telling we have to travel 2 time each month for a 2 day meeting which does not include 2 days on journey. The company has no ethics....Read More
