All the precautionary measure are adopted in the campus. Mask , sanitization to every worker from labour to office staff is provided. Social distancing is followed strictly and blocks are made in the company at distance of 6 feet from each other. Campus is cleaned and sanitized daily. Even vehicles coming from outside are cleaned and sanitized daily.

I was called for an interview to some place in pune, which was out of city and the team who was coordinating failed to give any information on what is planned and what are we supposed to do… worst part is they promised the expected salary and gave 2LPA less than my current CTC. When i refused to take the offer they were least bothered to send us back as we were picked up by the company transport and there was no other transportation available as it being in the outskirts of the area. They also promised to book up and down tickets but they dint bother to book return ticket as we refused to take the job. The MD is so rude and no process set in the company. If u are looking for a growth then this is not the place.. they also refill the use and throw water bottle and place them for candidates i dont know how many times have they been filled. They called in saying its a WFH profile and ended hp telling we have to travel 2 time each month for a 2 day meeting which does not include 2 days on journey. The company has no ethics....Read More

Rampant Politics- There's a group called MD Cell with 6 people. they are authorized people who can hire, criticize and fire anyone at any time. most of the time they target employees and try to get them fired. Exploitative working hours - on paper working hours are 9.30am to 6.30 pm but the employee who work longer hrs are seen as hardworking. the company expects its employee to work 24x7 as company is paying them higher salaries. lack of transparency - they don't provide JD, Induction, policies related to working hours ,attendance, leaves, salaries any deductions, disciplinary actions etc Excessive communication channels.- they have 30+ whats app groups constantly buzzing with activity from 5. am to midnight. employees are expected to be responsive to the messages of MD and MD cell. failure to comply can result in severe consequences....Read More
