Lack of Job role clarity- Employees are frequently tasked with duties that span multiple departments without clearly defined job roles. This leads to overburdening and lack of recognition, with no scope of salary increments or appraisals. 5. Office Politics- The company culture is rife with office politics, with Senior Management including HR Manager and Operations Head engaging in tactics to undermine employee’s morale and foster a tense work environment. 6.
