Dislikes

No any facility for outside Training, no any facilities to employees, like insurance, pf, bonous food, tea etc. So employees remains unsatisfied.All decisions rights are with MD. Managers cannot take decisions without permission.

Work Details

I have to look after all plant and machinery,e equipment s preventive, breakdown, installation, commissioning ,and keep in good condition. With team of 30 employees. As wel as run the furnace production. For new product, selection of machines.
