Lot of things to learn personal and professional both. Senior management looks into problems of trainees and junior engineers.

Dislikes

Need to work too long hours if detected by management that you can do job well. Machines are full of error and few operators are unskilled, so need to do work with them to keep all inline. Design software's not present, and lot of hardship happen to operators and engineers. Payment is too much less and management just hides much of pay and perks to be given and also fraud the fellow young engineers , and when they join company they feel cheated....Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
