Management's involvement/availability in the school for the discussions/guidance in decision making/upliftment of school. Head of School's leadership and vision about the school. Work culture - both challanging and satisfying. Attractive Perks (Food, Residence etc.) Well-being of employees is taken care of. Furthermore, I feel that one needs to work with honesty and you are all there! I love the fact that i am a part of Kasiga family and have grown with the organization in past 3.5 years.
