Though I have only 9 months of experience carrying with me I have learnt many thing like how to handle a customer on a inbound calls how to convince a customer on outbound calls how to respond a client through chat and atlast taking web session (training online sessions) etc....

Dislikes

It's nothing about like dislike in karvy. The thing is that I would best utilise my skills in better platform
