Though I have got my division to 1st rank all over India in customer complaint Redressal, no acknowledgement was given for that. Also there was an appraisal of only 3%. Which is hugely disappointing.

The very thought entering your head about joining KVB, indicate your dasha change to Shani. No place to sit, no travel allowance, no incentives, arguments and fights with IBA old employees, back stabbing politics. They don't have money to move the newly formed channels.. Most of the channels are closed within few months.. Don't risk your career.. Escape my dear.

No place to sit, work and have food even.. Only positive is that - it's a old bank with 109 years. No incentives, no travel allowance, huge pressure like hdfc, idfc. Job is not at all secure.. They will ask you to leave on the same month. Almost 63 employees were fired in Kerala within a span of 2-3 months Arguments with Old IBA staffs, fights within thr organization, internal politics.
