There is no culture in this organization. Office start time is 9.30 but there is no ending time . Most of the time all employee are engaged with the con call which is conduct by Head Office.. They are forced to work on Holidays and even National Holidays also. Senior Employee are using slang and abuse also with the employee. Huge Communication Gap from Company side between Head Office team and Field force team. After leaving the organization they don't want to do Full and Final settlement easily. they take 100 days to do it takes many calls and reminder....Read More

Very very Bad culture, they are showing as a corporate company but it is basically a so called LALA Company, after working so many years ( in my case it is 10 years, other instances of 22 years) your job will gone in one day
