Sir in previous post you said upper management is open to all but when I called my manager for re-hire, he said currently they don't have any vacancy. Now I don't trust you. Also you said few incidents which may not be true - just becoz of work pressure - why you are not trusting me. My problems was real. The number which you gave can reveal my profile I want to work again. I was lead but was working as coordinator this demotivated me. In my 4-5 months spam never got chance of attending any manager meet this proves no growth and no learning. My manager was always on field visit I learnt everything with my own....Read More
