Also you said few incidents which may not be true - just becoz of work pressure - why you are not trusting me. My problems was real. All of the managers told their subordinates to give this company fake 5 star rating. Even managers are not at fault bcz their bosses told them to do so. Higher management doesn't care of about employees they just want to keep theirs bellies full.If u work their even if u work for 100 years u will not get increament. Im working here for long time now. Im not hungry of growth. But usually, growth depends on hard work of employee. Which still exist in this company, but not for the ones eho are in team of this disgusting manager. He is old but still acts as if he is 24. Which is good. But the way he works, his work ethics feels like he been in manager position for the first time. As per him, those employee who intimate him each and everything about there life are close to him (including personal life). He will ask you the reason for PAID LEAVE. I mean, its fine if you ask once or twice, but asking it everytime and then judging that person based on the reason for his leaves is something not okay. Also he asks his employees to not speak to other people or other team members in office. Because of these things there is negativity growing within team. He says there should be no groupism, also dont allow to speak to other people. There are many more things to say about him. But that would cost me my job. Also it will take alot of time to write.
