1)Top manegement never care about your over time work , stress, work life balance and proper response for your persnal problems, 2)There is a lot of politics worest quality maneger( big bucket )doesn't address our issue 3) Present Quality head are just garbage.They are making fool to top management, only attending meetings and doing some data entry work taking Lakhs of salary.Management is not asking to them for KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, LINE BALANCING, MOST and IMPLEMENTATION.
